Windows Live Essentials 2011 was released on the 30th of September:

It's for Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2. If you're still running Windows XP (or Windows Server 2003/2003 R2) you'll need to stick with Windows Live Essentials 2009. I'm just installing it now. It looks like a big upgrade. Facebook chat will be most useful.
