It happens. If they don't respond to your e-mails, you'll just have to live with it. Not everyone is as thoughtful as you.

Hey Grim, I didn't receive any feedback for the last half dozen things I sent off! Knobheads, like you say it makes you worry that they haven't received it.

If they've not received it, you will find out. Silence means it's arrived. People are often rude.

What DVD was it?

£42 WOW!

Agreed though. They take a shed load. It's especially cheeky when you consider eBay "own" PayPal. I'm about to upload a few things. It's wrong but it's still the best place to sell stuff, bar none.

Why not? They pay before.

I offered to post Worldwide (postage cost - £2) to see what would happen.

I avoid worldwide like the frucking plague.
I have lost deals abroad and had parcels go missing and insured up to the tits and the insurance companies refuse to give any insurance :rage: I paid £45 quid insurance for one dvd set, they lost it, and wouldn't give shit back! BASTARDS  SO I LOST THE PRICE OF THE SET AND MY £45 POSTAGE+INSURANCE!

The person pays before, it shouldn't be any different than posting nationally. If it gets lost it's a pain but it's a pain nationally too. I only tend to post to the Western world plus some Asian countries though. So far, posting abroad hasn't been a problem for me.

Hey,
I was wondering - will Ebay allow you to sell a DVD with a scanned/copied cover? The actual discs aren't copies but if Ebay think theyre pirate discs :icon_suspect:

List it as original disc only, but put in the option of the custom/scanned cover and case if the person wants.

That way you are only selling an original disc.

Just be honest. What happened to the cover?

The original art/cover got damaged/torn IIRC so I had to scan a new one, thats all.

Is it rare? If not, you'll have trouble selling it but no harm trying.

Got a message from a buyer saying they want to return a DVD because it doesnt work in their player.
I clearly say in the description its R1 NTSC, dont people read clearly?

If you clearly stated it was NTSC R1 then you don't have to accept a return for that reason.

Whether you want to be generous is entirely up to you...
