The R1 dvd uses the same print as the old Kadokawa dvd that was released back in 2000. Original trailer and bonus trailers are included as extras.
The new Kadokawa BD is quite an improvement over the dvd. The print still features scrathes, but no big deal really. Extras only feature original trailer and two TV-spots, presented in SD.
Here's a few more BD captures:

Nice work Hung, I can only hope that adness port it over as I can't see Ventura doing it, do they still exist?
BTW: There's not really any need to save them as png Hung, a high-quality jpeg setting will achieve the same results with half the file size.

I don't think they exist anymore. I lost count of who is the official distributor of these Chiba titles (first it was Adness / Ventura, then Ronin Ent. / BCI when Cliff got a new workplace, then just BCI I guess, and now I don't know) and who has gone bust. Maybe no one has the rights anymore. I think the remastered US Chibas are all oop.Shingster wrote:Nice work Hung, I can only hope that adness port it over as I can't see Ventura doing it, do they still exist?
