1982 movie releases...your views...

Woa what a year it's been so far!! Lookin back so many amazing films have come out, I can't wait to get them on VHS (if not, I'll rent the Videos and record them to cassette to listen to)!! Maybe I'll get some for christmas instead of another Jumper

It seems like every few weeks a hollywood classic is coming out! If I save up all my pocked money, maybe one day I can get them all on Laserdisc

Actually there were so many amazing films out in 82, what were your favourites?

Well, my parents just got divorced and I now moved to another city, I have just gotten glasses, and I'm the smallest kid in my new school and forever emotionally scarred... so I haven't been able to keep up to date with all the new releases this year...

... but Rocky 3 was nice.

All I remember was hearing Eye of the Tiger on the radio.

Didn't know anything about movies.

But in retrospect The Thing and Rocky III are the best from that list.

Ahh 1982 when VHS Piracy was rampant..my first viewings of The Thing & Rocky 3 were that way i'm afraid.i saw Blade Runner,First Blood,48 Hours,Conan at the cinema though. i remember E.T. came out in America i think maybe as much as 6 months before the UK,the pirate tape was everywhere and i am still haunted by the atrocity of the picture quality to this day

Scary aint it I found a dodgy copy from the cinema from the late 80's a few years back on an old VHS holy mutha! how on gods earth did we not go blind watching these I cannot even remember what film it was now sadly. Still back in the day crap copies were quality I am sure well to eyes back in the day.
