Personally I'd also like to say everyone (if no one complains?) has a clean slate. This is a new forum so any previous banned members on Jenz's Bullets are no longer banned.

Hey really it means nothing anyway as many Bad Traders had loads of points on the old forum! as wankers give out points even if they got shit quality dvds! thats why I gave up giving out points to 99% of people as most people were plain and simply lying! they would say mint dvd and it would be fooking shit!
so really points mean bugger all, all I know is I am a perfect trader! and noone can ever complain about me as my dvds are mint and 100% perfect! unlike too many others!

The way I look at it is this, if you keep the DVD you can't complain it wasn't actually mint. Not enough to leave bad feedback anyway. The fact you're keeping it means you're happy enough with it.
If you think it's bad quality and send it back say so. If you decide to keep it but aren't entirely happy say so, there is little point moaning after the fact.
We only had one banned trader who shall remain anonymous and now has a clean slate. If he decides to trade here and (talking generally) you decide not to trade with him that's your business.
Can I also ask people sign up with their original handles, it makes life much easier. I've seen a couple of examples of previous BnB'ers signing up with a different handle, please don't do this.

The thing is different people have very very different standards, mine are as high as they come and others idea of mint for me is shit! so really its imposable to do it right for me as too many people own shit quality damaged and scratched dvds and they think they are in god condition or they dont mind the state of them at all, I do and if anyone doesnt say about it up front is getting as bad feedback as I can give out!
When I get a new sealed dvd I check for scratches and mess, and if its not what I class as new it goes back and they get a complaint, the same thing goes for people on forums from now on as I am sick of people just not usin there heads and being as honest as they can!
or even worse not packin the dvds well! now dont get me started on that!
put it this way someone sent me a dvd and they said it was mint, I got it and it was scratched badly, and I emailed em and what did they say!?
I should buy some of them dvd repair kits!!!!!!!!! thats how dumb as fook some knobbers are!

That reply wasn't on you're right. All I can say is post it here with reasons why you're not happy so at least people can them make their own minds up.
Personally if I have a DVD that isn't perfect (in the strictest sense of the word) I won't post it on my sale thread as it will often put people off unnecessarily but I will mention it during our e-mail discussion.
Romero would you have sent back the BITH: PE as that skips at start but seems to be a design fault or bad batch. It wasn't the e-tailors etc... fault as the actual DVD is in perfect condition.

I would have sent it back yes as I want perfect films (mine was ok), I send faulty dvds back all the time which are not the sellers fault the last one was DUNE it skipped a few second in the film and I returned it 2 times and in the end they did some legwork and found out the whole batch was faulty so if people dont send em back they will keep making faulty dvds
