There's the French HK Video DVD release, but only available in the 1st Hideo Gosha Box Set with Samurai Wolf 2, Violent Streets and Tange Sazen

No English subs of course, and it's long OOP now.

I made a mistake! :o
I meant Yakuza Wolf: I Perform Murder!

Sorry! But thanks for the info, might need to look up Samurai Wolf anyway since it's Hideo Gosha, which is a new one for me so far but already impressed me.

No problem.

No home video release for Yakuza Wolf I'm afraid.

It doesn't look like VHS quality? VOD? Laserdisc?

And Here's a link to the uncompressed PNGs

Transfer is a little rough compared to their 80s Chan output, but then I suspect these 90s Chow films were filmed rough and ready and will never look that glossy. I've not sat down to watch the disc, just scanned it to take quick screenshots for folk, but first impression is that this looks much better than the Chow films on Netflix from the same period.
