I wonder how they categorise BD.

Did you mention it before HungFist? I only see one post by you after his and no mention of PAL speed. You mention the video category.
Except there's no PAL on BD. I guess they don't consider this important.
The BBFC never mention whether a submission is PAL or NTSC anyways. Only that there's a possibility of time discrepency because of it. As you say that's not relevant with BD. It's to save people constantly writing in asking why so-and-so has been cut by 4-5 mins.
