Who said anything about buying it twice? Rent it or download it. Saves you the hastle of having to offload it later.

Or you could pick up a second hand DVD for a quick view... usually for the price of a rental at Blockbuster.

But no I wouldn't pay over a tenner for a DVD and then buy the BD soon after either.

Thanks Lucky Stars. I have the UK DVD SE box set coming for a fiver. Those BDs sadly include the stuffed up Part 1.

Downloading is hassle and eqauls rubbish quality. Renting is also a waste of time really (for me). I rarely ever watch straight away after I buy and renting means sending it back. It has it's place but for me I have more than enough to watch what I buy.

It wouldn't bother me if I sold it for a tenner. That said, selling is a hassle. I buy to keep.
