Well, the above mentioned email addy worked, and I got a reply, so thanks for that...
I also saw that formmail or whatever it's called, and basically you had to choose your problem or question, but obviously mine wasnt among there, so it's a shitty system and I hope they'll at least post their contact-info again, so other people can still contact them when they need to. There's a phonenumber ofcoure, but calling overseas while my question would be better suited to email, isnt my favourite option...

I was there, the big BNB blackout of november, 2008. We lost many that day...

the purpose of formmail is to cut down on the sheer quantity of spam putting an email address up on a website causes these days (to big sites at least). The formmail also allows the requests to be stored in a database more easily that email.
still, you are right, it is a pain in the arse, they never have the right catagory

Does anyone know what their e-mail address is or the contact us fom link is? I cannot find the link on their website period and sending an e-mail to info@play.com no longer works. It says:
"****THIS MAILBOX IS UNATTENDED*****
Please contact Play.com by visiting www.play.com/helpdesk
****PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL****"
Fat bloody lot of good that is when you cannot find how to contact them :x

For anyone wondering I've managed to source this info:
* E-Mail addresses:
terms@play.com - Official. This is meant for cancellations and doesn't give you the annoying auto-reply I mention above.
customercare@play.com - Found using Google. It seems to work and you even get issued a Support Ticket number.
privacy@play.com, marketingteam@play.com or irsan.ismail@play.com - All found using Google. I've no idea if they work.
* Tech Support Form: http://www.play.com/HOME/HOME/6-/Help.h ... =technical
Obviously meant for Technical Problems but it's the only bloody Contact Form left. They've removed the proper Contact Form.
* Telephone: 01534 877595 Instead of having to use 0845 800 1020
The 0845 number seems to be the only official "General" way to contact them left. Which isn't much use when they're closed.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I've just contacted Play using:
terms@play.com
customercare@play.com
orders@play.com - I found this using Google but it doesn't work.
Tech Support form.
I'll see which gets a response. Talk about making it really complicated to contact them. The dumb thing is all e-mails you get from Play have info@play.com in them, which just gives you the auto-response.
