I'm shocked how anyone could believe this was anything other than cold-blooded murder.
I'm pretty close to Charlie Bronson in my opinion of burglars but even I wouldn't shoot someone through a door FOUR times.

Re: Oscar Pistorius: Verdict
I WOULD shoot someone through a door if I thought it was a burglar.
However, I don't believe for a second he didn't know it was his girlfriend in there. Like many, I believe they had a heated argument/fight, she locked herself in the bathroom, and he decided to shoot.

I was there, the big BNB blackout of november, 2008. We lost many that day...

Re: Oscar Pistorius: Verdict
I dont know if he thought it was a burglar, surely he should have asked "Who's there?" if he thought it was an intruder, not shoot his girlfriend through the door!
Why dont they just get on with it? Apparently the judge was close to delivering a verdict of culpable homicide (though TBH I dont see how they can say it wasnt murder!), she went for a lunch break (?) came back and then said the court will come back tomorrow, what was the point of that?
I'm sure he's guilty of some other things with firearms though which carry other sentences.

He's clearly guilty of murder but the prosecution were bungling oafs.Culpable homicide,he'll probably get 5 years max if any jail time.
