It stands out from the others so much, such an old film compared to all the others that seem to come out on HD. Hopefully more classics will keep coming. As hell we all know they can be made to look rather nice, even better than recent films.
Just rmemeber quality over quantity

as some have many hundreds of films on HD and there aint hundreds of grea films even out yet

You want plenty
Bladerunner is a must buy

I would say it maybe the best looking film I have ever seen on HD.
Watched Dune the other night, it looks rather nice.

You could say the same about any DVD/HD-DVD/BD

.
I paid a premium for "An American Werewolf in Paris: USA Combo" and "Good Night, and Good Luck: USA Combo" which I bought on a whim but the rest I paid a good price for.

yeah becuase most people buy loads of DVD/HD-DVD/BD when they dont even have a player, many months before.

I wanted to buy one back in March, so 2 months waiting (when I didn't have to) isn't too bad. I shouldn't really be buying one now.
For me it was worth the wait. I've got the only type of player I was every interested in and one that support all the lossless audio formats, so it's more future safe than many Players on the market.

Pre-ordered on HMV.com whilst it was £15.99. Got 10% student discount off that, and then will get about 7% cashback on Quidco.
2-disc as well, wheyyy!
