I didn't know the UK version was a Combo. It must be one of only a handful UK Combos.
For all I know they're probably deleted the old account now. I never ended up using it. I had to the exact same thing for the same reason at DVD Swaps.
As it happens I e-mailed them asking to reset my Bradavon account (it wasn't accepting my password yet I knew what it was) but never got a reply. I was forced to register using Bradavon78.i did email them and explained but never got a response.

You should be able to pick up the Mummy films for what? £2 maybe a little more, same goes for Scorpion King, so that set aint worth it to me
Forum prices people give them 3 films away practically, as everyone has them and many people do not want them anymore.
I like all 3 films for what they are dumb assed fun.

It is, they ran out of time doing the effects becuase some twonk set the release date in stone and would not move it once they found out the effects would not be finished on time, so they released it half finished anywaygrim_tales wrote:The Scorpion King CGI (in Returns) looked half finished.saltysam wrote:Scorpion King is daft but enjoyable fun but it's been cut in the uk.
They cut one headbutt from The Scorpion King by the way, not much, but cut still.

Dreamgirls is also a 2 Disc HD-DVD too! I prefer the USA cover but not enough this time to mind owning the UK version.
£11.19 is a very good price including delivery. The cheapest I can find it elsewhere is £16. If I could play HD-DVD I'd definitely order it but as I cannot I'm restricting myself to titles for £10 or order (except bargaintastic box sets obviously).
FYI you want the HD-DVD over BD as reports say the HD-DVD is full-rate DD Plus (so 1.5Mbps) but the BD is only half-rate (so 640Kbps). I don't know why they did this. The HD-DVD is MPEG4 (I forget which) and BD MPEG2, but reviews say both have awesome PQ so don't let the MPEG2 put you off.
I've only seen Mummy Returns which was awful. The Mummy doesn't look much better. I saw bit of Scorpion King, it looked awful.

Would this be a decent Terminator disc to buy to go with my R1 (I'll use this one instead).
It's the Thai disc.
