Awesome. Why didn't the Australian get this much respect? Fucking Roadshow, Magna Pacific or Umbrella Entertainment should've distributed it (they give Australian & NZ films the royal treatment on DVD).

I suspect because they were too eager to rush it out. The commentary looks to be recently recorded.

Have you seen it? It's bloody brilliant.

The extras bar the commentary are looking different but my money is on the UK R2 being better. I have it on preorder for £8.99 using one of those CD WOW vouchers.

Brad I think all the behind the scenes features can be played together on the UK disc (?) The Teletext review (I know ..) I read mentions "a making of docu running to nearly 2 hours" so maybe there's a play all option?

Anyway I watched the DVD on film on Friday and it was great. It was like a film had been made out of a Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds song (obviously). The monologues were just like Nick Cave lyrics (again obviously). "He sits in the melancholy hills". Awesome score by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds too.

I know I spotted it while searching for my old reviews.

I don't know Nick Cave's work so I didn't spot any of that.
