I have the HD-DVD. I did a comparison by running the DVD and HD on the same TV at the same time and switching back and forth and the difference in quality is amazing. The HD is by far one of the best transfers I've ever seen for a film.
But yeah there is no difference between the transfers. Atleast that's what I see.

I didn't say Tom's opinion was wrong what gave you that idea? I did say my opinion to me is more important. I think that's to clever for you to understand though.

You totally misunderstood what Shingster's trying to say.
Basically you saying that the two transfers are different in terms of colour.... is like saying 2+2=3.
It's not a matter of opinion. Tom has just given evidence that the transfers are the same, colour wise.

And, if the court permits, I would like to bring my next witness to the stand to give evidence...

You must love the film to buy them all

I cannot wait to go HD, but notr for a while, but Kong will be one to get, when they get around to releasing the extended cut with extras mind you. I have seen a few compaisons between DVD and HD and they were stunning the differences, the detail on Kongs face was mind blowowing!

Pancakes are nowhere near flat, try rolling a few marbles on one and see what happens
