so if you can see people have been dubbed in a film, that wont bother you at all

I rarely ever can. Back in the day of television dubbing, it was obvious but I rarely notice it in movies and if I cannot spot it, then I'm obviously not going to be bothered.
Obviously I'm talking about Hollywood movies here.

I hate it in Minority Report when they dubbed over 'hard-on' with 'attitude'.

Why are you whinging on about dubbing romero? The BBFC info talks about the obscuration of dialogue, ie: a sound playing over the dialogue. It seems in the original cut you can still hear the "Motherfucker" over the sound, so they had to ramp the sound up or replace the sound for the UK release. That is all.

They still cut the sound out of the film, I dont care that much how they did it, they are still tossers.

I'd say it's the filmmakers' fault for putting strong language (muffled or not) in a movie they're aiming at 12 year olds. The BBFC can only judge based on what they're shown. Given that The A-Team was a network TV show from the 80s it seems odd to say the least that the film would contain that level of profanity.

The director and cast seem to keep saying it is not in the tone of the series, they want it hard etc.. so either go for it, or dont.

Some of the TV show DVDs were rated 12 I think.

Lol... so 'hard' it's a PG-13. Riiiight!
I wish they'd stop pretending "ooh, we're tough, not like the show".

They also keep on saying "we kill people"

if they cannot swear much, then guess we may not get much blood either. At least they dont just superglue/tie up the bad guys together like the show and let then live.
