Anyone else notice that In the Line of Duty's soundtrack sounds suspiciously like the music at the beginning of Beverly Hills Cop II? I've never seen BHC II before, it's just on TV now and I thought I recognised that music hah.

You mean Part 4? I'd imagine it's just swiped from the BHC2 soundtrack.

In English the film is titled In the Line of Duty IV.

In the Line of Duty is an AKA for Royal Warriors.

I happened to know the music you were referring to and if it isn't directly from BHCII it's a rip off.

HKL retitled the film for DVD. The old Imperial VHS did the same thing.

In the Line of Duty IV is the correct title.

Mark means it's English title is also ITLOD4. HKL/Imperial chose to re-title it but it's still known as ITLOD4 in The UK.

BHC1 and BHC2 are ace. Watch them! I'd (probably) buy them in a flash on Blu-ray. I say probably becaue A: Part 3 is rubbish and B: They're not the sorts of films that really need an HD upgrade. Some films work perfectly well in digital SD.

I need to see Parts 2 and 3 again. Stupid they didn't release them on BD all at once. There's only three of them - why not give fans the OPTION at least of a box set? For anyone happy with SD HMV are selling a DVD slim box for £6 (VG value only £2 per movie).

I'd be up for a box set, if they also sold them separately! I own that box set. It's the only way I'd pay for BHC3. It should've been so much better.

It's not anywhere near enough swearing and the setting is so fucking dumb. It also hasn't got Taggart in it, which is a shame. It looks and feels very much like a 90s movie, trying to be a 80s movie. Whereas the silly comedy in BHC2 is funny, in BHC3 it's just dumb. John Landis directed it too!
