I sold the other two movies in the "Poisonous Seductress"-Series already, since I didn't care too much about them. For me it's just the first one ("Female Demon Ohyaku") which is the true masterpiece.

Those two "sequels" were certainly nice to look at, but I found the story awfully jumbled with too many characters and side-plots. "Female Demon Ohyaku", on the other hand, was perfect: One strong theme about revenge, a managable cast, one straightforward storyline instead of huge amount of pretty, yet scattered places and truncated events. Plus the Tattooing-Scene was very erotic; in a subtle way, though, but still a turn-on. Also the uncompromising display of on-screen violence kinda surprised me. Haven't watched much from Japanese 60s back then, so naturally I didn't expect the film to be so daring.
And when I feel like celebrating the incredible Beauty that is Reiko Oshida, I'll watch "Blossoming Night Dreams" instead.
That's Reiko Oshida in either "Quick Draw Okatsu" or "Okatsu, the Fugitive". He just wants me to regret my selling of those flicks in favour of "Female Demon Ohyako", but he's not succeeding.
In response to my previous post, I'd like to recommend that no one purchases these discs. They are both NON-ANAMORPHIC. Not only that, but Matsuko's subtitles are beneath the image, so you can't even zoom in on it without cutting them off! (Kamikaze's subs are burnt-in, but at least they're actually within the image).
Very disappointed, have sent an annoyed e-mail to Third Window films and will be cancelling my pre-order of Turtles Are Surprisingly Fast Swimmers.
It turns out Turtles will be anamorphic anyway, here's a response to my e-mail:

Sorry about this, but at the time there were 2 problems, 1 was that those were the materials I received from Tbs so didn't go out of my way to get non-anamorphic materials. The other problem was that up until very recently I didn't even own a TV, only had a old laptop to watch movies on. I guess I'm a bit old school as I came from a time when getting films from the far east meant trading 3rd generation video tapes, but sometimes that was the only way to see a film.
I've very recently upgraded my thought and technology and turtles is anamorphic with removable subs and presidents has removable subs but have to double check if its anamorphic (depends on material I was sent)
That is the most bizarre reply to an e-mail form a business ever. It sounds like Third Window films is run by a man one band from his bedroom. I first thought that was a fan reply. Utterly bizarre.
It also sounds like they don't do any conversion/remastering of there own and put on DVD literally what they're given. It's nice he gave you an honest reply though.
p.s - What does owning a laptop have to do with anything? They display non-anamorphic too. Don't they do any form of quality control?
Yeah it pretty much is one guy really, he's responded to me before when I asked about plans for Blu-ray (lol) and said how he couldn't afford to do so. Seeing now how they can't even get DVD right, it seems my enquiry was rather amusing.
