Wow, that sucks bigtime. I'd be pretty damn pissed off if that happened to me. And then 5 minutes later I'd probably mod my Xbox and never buy a single game of them ever again.

You need to contact them to get that sorted. Maybe someone has hacked your account?

Those things didn't bother me. Part 2 has a lot less swearing than Part 1; it's about how witty the dialogue is not how profane. But like I said... I really need to see the sequels again.

It also hasn't got Taggart in it, which is a shame.

It's pretty obvious that Hector Elizondo's character was written for John Ashton to return. I've no idea why he didn't. Hector was a good replacement though.

Send them an e-mail/letter/phone call saying you're thinking of seeing a lawyer about suing them for slander and see if that gauges a reply from them. They can't accuse you of fraud without proof.

In my experience, Microsoft has the best customer support there is. They once replaced my Xbox360 which had a RROD, but was way older than the warranty. They replaced it free of charge. They even sent the UPS guy to come pick it up for free. What I did to get this was to call them though. Go ahead and call.

I think lawyers are out of the question. The terms of use boxes you have to check to get any kind of Microsoft account give them every right to treat you as they please.

To a more lighter topic. Started my second year at uni. This year is going to feel like an eternity since I'm dying to go study abroad next year.

Not much can happen though. I don't know. I used to be nervous about speaking in public when I was 14 or something (or, at that age, in front of class, obviously), but as soon as I kinda stopped giving a fuck about what people might think, that pretty much was the end of it.

One of the last times I spoke for a group of people was kinda fun actually, mostly cause I was extremely pissed off that I had to do it. We were told we'd just have to give a quick desk-presentation, but at the day it turned into a class-presentation, so I was annoyed by that. When asked who wanted to go first, I immediately went up with my partner, and I just did it as directly and clearly as I could while he was in the background showing the pictures through powerpoint on the big screen everytime I said 'NEXT'...

It went very well, probably cause my subdued anger and general pissed-off attitude came of as assured confidence

... or they all feared I had gone mental and were shivering in their seats waiting for me to start my school-shooting rampage.

Either way, no one had any questions.

I don't think many people ENJOY speaking in public ofcourse. Neither do I. But TBH I don't really fear it that much either. Ofcourse I prefer not to and stay in the background.

Just don't picture them naked cause then you might get a boner and get REALLY embarassed...
