Is there any way to find out how much a rare DVD would possibly sell for?
How much would my 3 disc CE of Yupki Girl (Korean 2 disc LE of My Sassy Girl plus heart-shaped soundtrack disc) fetch!? Sealed.

If it's oop and rare, then there's always someone who will pay a very high price for it. You just need to be patient, perhaps wait for several months.
Although with My Sassy Girl the problem is that there's a million other dvd releases available. There's no use to sell it to any casual buyer, they won't pay much for it. But if you find that collector maniac fan - or rather he finds you - who has been looking for it for months, I think you could get easily 40€. Also depends on if the soundtrack is separately available. If not, then you might get more. And the KR dvds are the only editions with the correct director's cut version, right? And all KR editions are oop? That also increases the value.
I've paid 50-60€ for an oop R2J several times.

Thanks Hung.
Obviously I wouldn't sell it for just 40 bucks or something
I wonder how much it will be worth (if anything) in 30-40 years orso.

It doesn't drag at all either. Not sure if I've ever seen the international version to be honest.
I've seen both and couldn't spot the difference, which is odd, given how much longer it is. Agreed the longer cut certainly doesn't drag. The extra footage isn't integral to the plot and the cut version has been cut cleverly.
That said I went for the USA BD too.

If you do it right and buy the right collections and single releases (USA, Australia, Germany, Japan) you can get 'em all for under 200 EUROs. Ebay and CD-WOW is your friend. But I can tell, that I had a hard time managing all those alternate and double assigned titles (in German as well as in English). They all have original aspect ratio, I just have to deal with a couple of German Dubs, but they're all not that bad, actually.
I'm eager to see whether my calculations turned out to be right. Been at it since this morning.

You really are a Sora Aoi fan, aren't you
Rampo Noir suck, although Sato's episode is pretty disturbing.
I want to see Initial D, too, because of Hana. I mean Anne.

Uhm, yes, sort of.

But since I don't wanna waste any time and money on porn, I have to stick to the Pinku-Movies with her, which are more fun, anyway. I was actually quite surprised, how many there are she's starring in.

It's unpretentious, smooth fun, but kinda spoiled by an obnoxious Cantonese Audio. While the story takes place in Japan, it doesn't feel like Japan at all. Just like a Hong-Kong movie trying to be Japanese, and compared to such a beautiful, "liquid" language like Japanese, you can't help but notice how ugly and "angular" Chinese sounds. But Anne Suzuki is really cute and adorable here.

I just picked up a digital TV receiver package.
From now on I'll have 90 channels to watch, instead of a mere 32.
Sadly, most of the channels are still complete SHITE, but I do now have BBC 3 & 4, plus I think Cartoon Network is in the package, WITH english language optional, instead of just fucked up dutch dubs. There's also some other channels, but nothing really that stood out. I'll be installing it all either tomorrow, or maybe monday, depending on when my girlfriend drops by tomorrow.
Will pick up a plasma (hopefully) as soon as I'm back from vacation.

Received Oblivion GOTY for PS3. Will unwrap and play it as soon as I have my plasma TV.
Today I bought the two last parts in the Lanfeust of the Stars graphic novel. I really hope some American or English publisher will pick this title up, and give it a proper translation and hardcover release for all the English people. It deserves a much bigger audience than it has now. It's pretty popular in France I believe, but outside of France it seems pretty much unknown.
Also received a new Samsung vacuumcleaner I bought for my mum for 'mommyday' and her birthday combined.

Ordered
Her Name is Cat
Wushu – The Young Generation
Magic Cop (Mega Star)
Dirty Tiger, Crazy Frog (Mei Ah)
The Loot (Joy Sales)
Five Venoms (IVL)
They are all blind buys but are films I’ve wanted to see for ages.
I was wondering if I should have waited for a blu-ray of Five Venoms, but then I thought it could be years before one is released.

Magic Cop is excellent. Better than any of the Mr. Vampire films, actually. And the Mega Star dvd features an unexpectedly good transfer.
