It's an actual book. Annoyingly too big to put into a BD case though. It's a real shame these things, books and digi-pack packaging are largely lost in the move to BD. Does every BD release have to be in a blue case? Those Warner book things are to big (they look to big anyway) and more to the point costly.

Cheers Salty. Size isn't an issue then. It's also because of their premium selling point. Digi-pack didn't have this. We do get the real. The USA Seven cover art is ace but the UK one is just a slipcase (which is nice) and the regular dull "big heads" cover art. Great AV though.

i was looking at the Seven release here in Spain yesterday.it´s the width of at least 3 BD Cases.

Digibooks look nice (I have the Willy Wonka one) but I find the back art/flyer comes off (it did off mine). I had to put it inside something else.

I don't own one, but perhaps that bit is just for promotional purposes? I've had that before with some DVD releases.

Ouch! That's massive. How weird Warner gave it to Spain and not The UK. It is Spain right? How come you're in Spain?

Those are really bloody annoying. They're often taller than the length of the case, so you're forced to fold them somehow. Which I hate doing.

They're part of the package. I'd rather put them inside.

If they were part of the package they'd be printed on it. Do you also save stickers on CDs that quote reviews and obscure the artwork?

It depends. If I can get it off without leaving annoying sticker residue yes. If not, no. I've always regretted it when I've tried to remove a sticker and it's left glue part of the sticker behind. Thankfully most stickers use the easy to remove glue nowadays.

Tins and Steel books should be banned, I detest them. If I had 2000 of them on my shelves my AV room would just bend all the floor boards and fall through.

They're usually the same size, so epic fail.

TBH, I quite like tin-cases. They're not great, but it's better than a standard plastic DVD-case.

Also, I HATE the BR-cases. They're all so ugly. I really wish they'd redesign that or something, cause it just looks cheap and horrible.

It's too late to redesign it now. It's odd Europe and North America went with different sizes though. What size did Asia use?
