They keep sticking "printed off a PC" lists on the shelves! as the shelves dont hold them all, the last list was massive and I had a peek, but way to many on it and it was busy too. A shop which stick printed lists on the shelves is odd, but they doi have amazing bargains and its esspecially crap when I see a cd I just bought down to £1.99 already
it pays to wait.

hostage at £2.97 is a good price for a recent release. they also had a cheech & chong 5 disc box set for £8.97.,daredevil at £2.97 and a steven seagal double disc dvd exit wounds/out for justice at £5.97.good shop.

DONT BUY HOSTAGE!!!! ITS A RENTAL! the bastards sold me a piece of crap no extras, no anything rental ;( bollocks and they wont even accept it back, it says RENTAL COPY on the dvd, but not on the box. I am going back again tommrow to complain again.

You have every right to return it as what they sold was not what you thought you were buying and were mislead. Demand a retail disc or a refund and if they don't comply threaten them with trading standards. They'll back down.

music zone have some crazy pricing policies, looking in there today they had the barebones prism release of wonderland at £3.97 & the loaded tartan release of the same movie at £1.97 !!

It usually says on rental DVDs to contact a number if a shop has sold you that copy, then they'll get in big trouble.

Some of the DVD's I've seen sold online/in shops have "For Rental or resale" on the back of the box or on the discs, but they're not rental versions
TBH for the price I paid for something like Gone With The Wind 4 disc or Adventures of Robin Hood SE I don't care

I'd complain too, definitely. I HATE rental copies. Some rental copies are identical to the retail ones so I don't mind those but the ones which have those ghastly "rental" banners or even worse no extras no thanks.

Oh yeah thanks I'd forgotten all about that. I'm happy with my UK R2 DC; I'm not interested in extras on this one.
