it does have a menu romero, unfortunately the film is decidedly average so i'll sell it on no biggie. £2.97 is less than the cost of a rental anyway.

Don't bother, Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid was cut to ribbons by the BBFC. Censoring a "Bloody" Sam movie is a big no-no!

"Cut to ribbons" is an exaggeration.

They cut an illegal horsefall and some shots of cockfighting. No more than 14 secs or so. Doesn't affect the movie in the slightest. I can understand completists wanting the movie uncut though.

Histoy of Violence and Serenity are both in the Sales at HMV and Music Zone if anyone wants them both (both super films, Serenity the BEST film of last year!)) work out at £5 each if bought together :) online for HMV or instore for Music zone.

HOV is £14.99 at HMV but Serenity is cheap, that said the R4 is a 2 Disc release with a 55 minute interview. I'd get that personally, the R4 retains the lovely UK artwork too.

Yeah its got lots more interesting extras too :) its the version I own.

HOV is in the HMV sale for 5 quid, you have to buy 3 titles :) I have it in my basket.

Too bad that most of them have dreadful NTSC-PAL transfers.

The R4 Serenity 2-discer has been repriced as $19.99NZD. Well worth picking up for the hour-long Q&A session alone IMO. I paid $32nzd when it first came out, since I thought it was great and wanted to own it ASAP.

R4 Serenity from Ezdvd you get a snazzy Tin to put the dvds inside :)

Shame after EzyDVDs cheeky postage costs for Tins it's far to expensive.

Well it was the best film of last year, so I thought why not :D

How much would you want for your old R4 2 Disc? LMK if you want to sell it. I've not seen the film but tbh going by trailers alone it did look well average. Sell it to me so I can be proved wrong :D

You'll have to first see Firefly before Serenity to make any sense of the film. Also it's from the writer/creator/producer of Buffy, so you'll probably hate it.

You can buy it through me if you wish, it's only $19.99nzd in the high street shops now.

I was wondering that regarding the Buffy connection. I've read it also works if you've not seen the TV show, is this not the case? If you have to see the TV show first then no thanks.

That is cheap which funnily enough is about how much DVD Crave are charging for it (roughly £8 delivered):

I'll pass though thanks.
