One can always use the £1 Pepsi Max voucher code + the 0.50p Dvdtimes voucher link and get £1.50 off I guess.

Obviously, you havent been stripping for a living, like Mark and I have... ;)

Nah... normally I'd make the bother perhaps, but just browsing at CD-wow the last couple of weeks there isnt really anything that interests me. It seems like they just dont have that great bargains anymore that they used to have...
Plus their collection of DVDs isnt all that big.
There are a bunch of movies that I'd like to get on DVD, but at CD-wow they still seem overpriced. Even when I take off 2 pounds.

I mostly order from play.com lately. Or just buy DVDs in local shops.
Just bought V for Vendetta 2 disc tin edition for 12 euro last week. I dont see play or cd-wow making a better offer anytime soon.

How long do cd-wow take to deliver? I ordered a load of DVD's yesterday, spent £60! Today when I signed in to check the order status, 5 of the DVD's had despateched marked next to them but the 2 boxsets I ordered are still on hold. Do the boxsets take longer to deliver due to the size of the things?

Mine take a few days :) very quick considering they come from asia! you wont have to wait more than I week thats for sure. On average I would say 4-5 days for everything.

WOW! £6.99 that's impressive. I'm going to risk it and wait. I say risk it as this film has been delayed so many times.
EvaUnit02 wrote:CD-WOW UK voucher code - Get £2 off.
Thanks. Please post it here next time :) . I want to keep the vouchers and bargains discussions separate -

Oh and please even more important copy/paste the T&Cs into your post.

Please continue discussion in that thread!

I cannot get the £2 ING Direct coupon to work at all, I keep getting sent crappy £1 ones! I want £2 wow muppets!!!

Still Transporter 2 is 4 quid with the $ link ANYWAY :)

Its more than Uncut (more violcne and blood and stuff), its acctually finished too, the normal cut (released in silly countries! like america!) didnt have the CGI finished! morons.

Even I ordered it for 4 quid :) I have been waiting, and waiting and waiting for a really good release somewhere in the world :( sadly its never gonna happen it seems. Best version si the Belgium 2 dvd version, for a few more extras and the loss of DTS sadly. So UK it is.

I paid £3.99 with a £1 link and £1 code. I've not tried the ING coupon.

The UK DVD doesn't have DTS???

No the Belgium dvd has no DTS :) but more extras.

Crap I forgot to use the 2 pound voucher combo! threw away between 20 and 40p :( hope the pound - dollar conversion is high still.

Why does CD-WOW! not have "Dog Bite Dog" for pre-order? Bastards. I'm tempted to pre-order at YesAsia.

One minute I'll just ask the head honcho at CD WOW. Oh wait I don't actually work for them :D

It's not uncommon for CD WOW to pre-order early some but not others. If it's a big title they'll get it for sure but it could take a while. E-mail them and they may get some in.

I recommend checking out Exorcist 2: The Heretic. It's one of the most unintentionally hillarious films ever made.

I almost fell out my chair laughing when Richard Burton being pelted with rocks in slow-motion was inter cut with Linda Blair having psychic convolutions while doing a horrid tap dancing number.

Richard Burton trying to put out a fire by beating it with a crutch. Richard Burton literally beating the crap out of a possessed Reagan. The vision of animals and people running away from a single locust. James Earl Jones dressed as a giant locust while making Richard Burton walk on a bed of spikes...
