TYG's action is better then Ong-Bak's, but the movie (script, acting) is ridiculously bad.

It starts off ncie in thailand, even some quite beautifull cinematography when they're in the nature with the elephants, and even when they're in the village it is shot well... but the whole movie just takes a huge nosedive once it reaches Australia.

Action is great, Tony has better foes to fight, the fights are more diverse, and it's just one step further from what Ong-bak brought us. Only problem is the end-fight, which can be kind of tedious and too long (he fights 50+ guys, using mainly hap-ki-do style locks and breaks etc).

It's just a dumb actionflick, but the action is worth the purchase (although personally I'm waiting for a price-drop, and also waiting to see if it has a making-off, or if any of the other releases will have a making-off. cause with the PA release of Ong Bak, I basically bought it for the making off...)

WTF!? I have already mentioned MANY times I had bought the PA release, and I've also stated many times WHY I bought it. (Mainly for the subititled making-off and extra's, for 5,99)
So stop being a fucking dick cause you already knew about this a long long while.

Yes the cover art and slipcase are way to pink and yes the extras suck but the Remaster job is far superior to the grain heaven of the original. I wish it were white then I could swap it for the old one in the box set.

Oh and it's 1 disc not 2. The extras amount to a boring commentary and some fluff featurettes. It's worth every penny for such a classic looking so good.

I paid £9 a while back from DVD Pacific.
