Finally got my DVDs from custom today. "Duelist" is ok, but the amaray box of "Welcome to Dongelmok" is broken. Feckers! They told me they could get in contact with the store and send it back to them, but I was so fed up with them (waited almost 2 months for my DVDs) that I told them to fuck themselves, once I got my stuff. "Told ya' they were originals!"

Well... the only pleasure they get out of their job is to fucking annoy normal people like you and me, so they're probably very happy with themselfs that they wasted everybody's time and money on this shit...

How is the fact that almost all the R4's of Ghibli films have shoddy picture quality "cool"?
I didnt know Grave of the Fireflies also had the NTSC-to-Pal problem.
Yeah it is, the runtime of the
R4 is identical to that of the
R1.
Never heard of gpstore. Are they any good?
From my experiences they're excellent. I have little idea how they'll be with dudes who live overseas though. I recall when GTA: Vice City (PS2) was released cut that alot of Aussies imported the uncut version from GPstore NZ and were satisfied with their services.

Everyone does. Without them there'd be far more harmful illegal drugs available and thus more people having their lives ruined/taken away by addiction.

Seems like our costoms are more occupied with screwing over normal people who import some stuff, then actually doing something about the large containers of coke coming in through Rotterdam seaport.
Our goverment only cares about money, as is easy to tell from the legalised prostitution and softdrugs. They just want a cut from all that action, so they made it legal so they can get taxes from it.

I got Serenity yesterday and hopefully will get Firefly, the comic that bridges the two (written by Whedon) and the latest Ranma 1/2 soon.

Uh-oh. I'm duplicating stuff here. Ordered Firefly, a comic the bridges between the series and the film, and Ranma 1/2. Vol. 33, I believe.

The R1 thinpak set? Great buy, the remasters and DD5.1 remixes are bloody excellent!
Don't bother with the original broadcast versions of 21-24, the DC's shit all over them.
