You could always listen to the commentaries at home via your TV or PC DVD-ROM drive. Eg play the commentary in the background while you web surf or while you eat a meal.

Romero likes to listen to them on the bus. I've done it a couple of times, it works well.

...and at work, I knew that. I was suggesting alternatives in the rare instances such as this, when he can't rip them to his MP3 player.

Yep, several Tartan UK DVDs use ARccOS protection.
Any good DVD-Ripping software can get around it, though.

What about DVD Decrypter or DVD Shrink? Maybe not as neither have been updated for awhile.
I also use AnyDVD too.

I bet they will. I guess their prices were too competitive and they've run out of cash.

How did you like those shows. I think I've seen 1 of those on the BBC a while ago. But I dont have any of them on DVD. I just have Jack Dee Uncut on DVD, which is a good show.

The one you saw on BBC was probably some of his Apollo material

I liked the parts where Jack was doing stand up best - angry, deadpan comedy
I thought both shows (Live and Uncut and Live at the Apollo) were funny
The texts/messages he reads out (at the end of Live in London/Apollo) are great.
There's one at the end of Live Again - something like:
"Go to Texas, USA. Take 75 miles East. Take Highway 79 for 100 miles. Thats the way to Amarillo. Now fuck off"

Seriously they are totally different films, but hell if you like the charecter Riddick I say go for it as he is great and its got some great sequences in the film

I like the film, but it was a bit of a disapointment in some ways as I like the 1st part so much.
I liked it enuff to buy the expensive Japanese limited edition directors cut, then a year later the UK got that version! dohhh!
