Received Batman Animated Series Season 2 or only 7,50 :D
I love it when companies make mistakes in their pricing on the website :D

Do you mean &.50 Euros?
Thats a fantastic price to be sure.

Yeah 7,50 euro :D
They priced it 10 euro, then 2 euro shipping, but I had a 4,50 voucher, so it came to 7,50 total :D
it was a mistake on the website, for both season 1 and 2, which they have already corrected again, but they did send me it for the 7,50 anyway :D
Great price, and 'm very happy with it :)
Now I have all 3 first seasons, and hopefully the last 2 seasons will also be released in R2, as I love the new style it had from season 4 onwards... :)

Not yet. I mailed them about it, and they said it's going to be shipped on the 15th of May, if all goes well... :D
they said I could cancel if I want, but why would I wanna do that? It's still a good deal and I can wait 2 more weeks :)

I prefer the older style. The original character designs for Bruce Wayne, Joker, Penguin, Killer Croc and Clayface were far better IMO. Plus they had a reduced animation budget.

I dont remember much from the animation itself, as those newer shows were hardly aired here in holland, but I have the big book about the animated series with lots of sketches and screenshot and shit like that, and the designs just looked 'slicker' Batman didnt have that ugly yellow batsymbol on his chest anymore, but just the simple black one (classic/John Byrne style), and most of the villains also looked cooler after the redesign. Robin, now Timothy Drake ofcourse, also had a cooler costume/look.

On a related note: just got an email from Play.com that despite their earlier mail that they expected it to be shipped on the 15th of may, it shipped today :)
So should be thursday or friday when it arrives at my girlfriends house if all goes well :D

From Sendit:-
R2UK Scorsese's King of Comedy - £5.39
R2UK Gilliam's Brazil - £5.49 (I haven't seen this film and want an anamorphic version anyway. I'm not going to blindly spend a small fortune on the Criterion for a film which I could potentially hate. It's ancient non-anamorphic shit anyway.)

Hey Yi,

What did you think of the episodes you saw of Animatrix? :) Check out my thoughts in the Review thread.
Funny how IMO the best ones were the ones NOT written by the Wachowskis.... :)

I remember liking the detective-story. I think it had a bit on a train or something? Maybe it was black and white? I dont remember much of the others TBH, but I'll check the review and it might jumpstart my memory :)

Received another YesAsia package with the same content as before. It was the one which was stuck at customs. I told them to send it back. Well, looks like they weren't ready to pay for a stamp to HK and sent it to me instead. Idiots. Will send it back to YesAsia ASAP.
