Jumanji... I watched this in the cinema when I was young(er). I liked it. Great idea. However, I don't think I'd buy this.

And why are you buying Casshern again?

Where did you buy the "Fearless" boot? Because I don't have a choice either.

Why buy the single disc edition of "Gladiator"? I didn't like the film at all. The only reason I have considered buying it for over 4 years was due to Zimmer's wonderful soundtrack. It matches the film perfectly. Then recently I bought the double disc extended cut for really cheap.

I quite liked Gladiator. the only bad thing about it is that I seriously dislike Russel Crowe. Whenever I watch him on screen, and he IS a good actor, I just cant help thinking :'you're such a dickhead' so it kinda gets me out of the movie. But overall it's a very good movie. Dont have the DVD though...
Soundtrack is indeed very nice.

LD; Why did you buy the extended cut of a movie you didnt like at all? And do you feel the extended cut is any better then the original cut? Which would you recommend to someone!?

I haven't watched it, yet, as I really dislike the film. It's really just the music AS I HAVE ALREADY POINTED OUT!

ehm... so why not just download the soundtrack and avoid watching that shitfest again ?

I have the soundtrack (bought it, didn't download it), but I think that the music fits the imagery very well. Don't get me wrong, the film has great images. The fight scenes were filmed very badly in my opinion, but the rest was filmed very well. It's just that the story is so lame that I get bored to death each time I watch it.

There are also a lot of bloopers in it as well. Such as a crew guy appearing all of a sudden, wearing jeans.

I agree on you with the story getting a bit boring. It's straightforward thus when you've watched it once, you can do a while without seeing it again. Same goes for Titanic and Troy.

Havent noticed any bloopers yet, but then again I've only seen the movie once or twice, and I believe both times it was in full screen (TV)

Also agree on the fightscenes. A fucking disgrace.

What? I saw the goofs when I watched the film at the theatre. I mean I'm not actually someone who can't forgive goofs. Look at the countless HK films and their movie mistakes. But a film of a very high production value such as "Gladiator" and with such great talent involved, I just didn't expect to notice two goofs on the first watch in the cinema. They can't tell me they didn't notice it when shooting the scenes. Who knows what else is there to find?

LOL, the DVD was still sealed. I opened it just to find the two goofs I had scene and to post screenshots of them here.

Thanks man. Although 11-12 euro seems a bit expensive for a bootleg. I think I might just wait for a good rip to download, and maybe then burn it myself, if no good quality legit version comes out.
