Can anyone compare these two DVDs for me, what they are like in terms of PQ and extras?

I cant decide which one to get.

Damn, the Criterion is missing the 1957 Truffaut short film "Les Mistons" (The Brats).
Oh well. It still looks very good, almost certainly beats the Tartan.
