Thanks Salty. I've just done it and it said "they'll be in touch in 7 days". I guess they're making sure you only get 1 voucher. It does make that point.
I can recommend Bang CD. I've not used them much as CD WOW usually beat them though. They only sell CDs and Music DVDs so I'm not sure how many members will be interested.

I've not once received any spam from the. I have opted out though, have you tried unsubscribing?
I've only used them 2-3 times and received decent service. I'm not convinced I'll get a voucher which would be there loss as the item I want is the same price without voucher at Play so I'd just use them.

It doesnt matter if you opt out, they are known major spammers, even if you do not sign up. I get emails from them on accopunts I never even signed up for anything, as do hundreds of thousands of others, sems they love to spam like crazy.

How do you know the spam comes from BangCD? That can be very hard to prove.
It sounds like "Romero Reality" to me. Spammers? Bollocks. "Known for it" Bollocks.
I've used them 3 times and received good service, a bit slow in despatching maybe but certainly nothing to complain about. With CD WOW being unreliable at the moment I will likely be using them a lot more too. Next to CD WOW their CD prices are the best. CD Jungle are also good but their stock sucks.

How do we know the spam comes from Bangcd? are you serious!
Bradavon you really do need to stop insulting others and think, do some research once in your life and look yourself, but as your banned from dvdforums for being a idiot, someone else will have to look for you.
Yes they are Known for sending emails people do not want even when they have not even signed up, thats called spam. The only person talking Bollocks as usual is you. "Bradavon Reality"
But for everyone else who isnt banned from thedvdforums look here for one thread, there are many others out there on many forums, one word you can see a lot SPAMMERS. But as usual I must be talking "Bollocks" like the thousands of others online who get spammed regulary.

I meant how do you know they're spammers since "actual" spam e-mail doesn't normally advertise where it came from.
Unless you mean they send you loads of "BangCD" newsletters, is that what you meant? I've not once received a BangCD Newsletter, or actually maybe I received 1-2 but I just bothered to click the "unsubscribe" link.
It seems to me people are assuming the spam is coming from BangCD (Any proof?). I also see reports from lots of happy customers. I suppose they don't count?

I asked BangCD why it was £2.99 not £1.50 and this is what they said:
"We wish to inform you that the GBP 2.99 voucher was for a promotion with Extreme Pie whereby an exclusive code has to be entered. Meanwhile, as a goodwill gesture, we are pleased to advise you the Voucher Number XXX (£1.50) for your next purchase"
I cannot be bothered to explain that's what I used. They may only say I shouldn't have had it.
