Thanks LD, looks good

Ching Siu Tung was the AD on Hero, I believe.
Looks like Seven Swords or Hero IMO.

Ching Siu-Tung used to be one of my favorite directors.
Duel to the Death, Dr Wai, Chinese Ghost Story, The Swordsman trilogy.
But he hasn't directed anything since Naked Weapon, I think.
Does he still know how to make proper films?

If Naked Weapon is anything to go by, then that's a resounding NO.
He directed the Seagal in thailand film Belly of the Beast, which was at least better than Naked Weapon in the unintentionally funny stakes.

He needs to do another film with Seagal... or maybe it's the other way round

All these ancient asian army warrior movies are starting to look like the same thing.
I wish they would just go back to old-skool student/master/temple/kung fu flicks flicks. All those CGI armies are fucking boring.

Naked Weapon was cheesy but entertaining... Belly of the Beast was just plain shite.

a huge step back for Ching Siu-Tung it seems. I'll just have to watch this in any case.
