BBC comedy from the 90's (1998-2000) lampooning British and Asian culture, some of it is rather dated now but it can be quite funny I liked some of the songs
I remembered this from years ago. Rather surreal kids' series from the 60's (I think), set in a herb garden. Every character has their own little song which they ALWAYS seem to sing to introduce themselves when theyre on screen. The puppets were designed by Ivor Wood (who later went on to design The Wombles and Postman Pat).
Is this your first time watching Peep Show, Grim? I find it incredibly good replay value-wise, it just seems to get funnier the more times I watch it through
An exciting season but to be honest, its a stupid intelligent show (if you see what I mean) when Jack isnt kicking ass.
The amount of times CTU have to go behind someone's back or cover something up is astonishing
Kiefer is a good actor, but I couldnt stand the scenery chewing from the actors who played Logan and his wife
Engrossing 13 episode series starring Timothy Olyphant as a deputy Marshal sent back from Miami to his hometown in Kentucky after shooting a mobster in the show's opening sequence.Very well made & Olyphant is a pretty charismatic lead. The usa BD looks very nice, season Two has just started in the States.

Oh yeah, forgot about this series. Downloaded the first episode a couple of weeks ago but hadn't checked it out yet. Supposedly a pretty good series, plus I liked Olyphant in the brilliant Deadwood series.
I was there, the big BNB blackout of november, 2008. We lost many that day...

Are you kidding?! Gregory Itzin and Jean Smart were two of the best things about Day 5!
TH-42PX80 | DMP-BD50 (MR BD & DVD) | SA-XR55 | SB-TP20 | XBox 360 Slim 250GB | XBox (XBMC, 160GB) | Zotac XBMC HTPC | Gaming PC | 8TB Media Server
Gregory Itzin (Logan) was good but it was amazing he kept up the charade I dunno, it just seemed they were trying too hard at times.
I didnt understand how the original tape was destroyed...?
Finished Dexter Season 5 last week orso. Still such a brilliant show.
Also downloaded the complete 1st season of Justified, so hopefully I will give that a try in the coming week. It was an extremely slowwwwwwwwwww download though.

Yeah, Tara annoyed me somewhat, especially at the start as she took things so personally and would play the race card all the time
I liked Bill, and Sookie's gran though. She reminded me of Peter Parker's Aunt May in Spiderman for some reason
Was a good show. In the final episodes I felt sorry for Tara though, being shat on by her mom when she needed help. I guess ex alcoholics are very strict.
Having René be the killer was pretty shocking because he was such a nice friendly guy through the season but also kinda "Is that it?" since I didnt spot many clues as to him being the killer.
I dont think Maryann (the woman who rescues Tara) is all she seems somehow...
So Tara wasnt lying when she said she saw "a woman and a pig" (when she crashed her car), maybe Maryann is a shape shifter too?
Seen the whole thing now, and for a British program, it is a damn good one. It's like a British 24 in some ways. Mainly cause pretty much every one dies!!!
I didn't like the ending too much as it seemed that one major part of the final two episodes was just forgotten about after Harry got away from it... it just never came up again. I HATE unanswered and seemingly ignored things like that.
True Blood seasons 1, 2, 3 and most of 4 (got 4 episodes left)
love this program. It is weird, a bit of humour here and there, fantasy (and getting more fantastical as it goes on) but most of all, rude. It's like vampire porn. Awesome.
Highly enjoyable, not perfect, but worth watching.
