Turd trailer of the year. Looks shocking CGI shitfest. Effects work has not progressed a day since the first film from the shit trailers released so far.

My god this looks hideous.
What are Li and Yeoh doing in shite like this? They're both so much better than this dross. Does Li have to keep playing Chinese stereotypes in Western films? What an utter waste of their talent. You can tell by the fact I've only mentioned them, that they're the only appeal for me.
And if it couldn't get any worse, the trailer then says "A Rob Cohen Film"

.
The first two were absolutely dire.

You never know it may be good, but the trailer is not
I like part 1, good film, part 2 is CGI overload and spoils it, part 3? well soon we will see (well I will as I will see it in the cinema like the last 2).

Trust me, I know. It will be shite

.
There's a minute chance it will be good, considering the first two are shite but then it's directed by Rob Cohen so frankly it has zero chance of succeeding.

No reason to believe it'll be worse than the previous two - which were fairly entertaining in a dumb sub-Indiana Jones sort of way. Rob Cohen is a director with a lot of the same flaws as Stephen Sommers so I would say there's every chance this'll be more of the same. Loud, over-the-top, action-packed extravaganza, with leaden wit, and loads of effects. You know the drill. My Dad saw the first one and couldn't stand it.

Why cannot Li and Yeoh go back to Hong Kong and film a bad ass fight sequence

.

I agree with everything Kozo said about this movie.
http://www.lovehkfilm.com/panasia/mummy_3.html
You gotta love his closing statement, too:
Kozo wrote:China's best move may be the one they attempted only a few months ago:
stop the movie from entering the country unless the filmmakers make a few cuts. A good two hours of cuts should do it. (Kozo 2008)
Since the movie is less than two hours long, that sounds about right.

"The highlights: Russell Wong's crappy Mandarin, and an odd mother-son conversation between Maria Bello and Luke Ford that oozes misplaced sexual tension."
"I love you, Son"
"I love you too, Mommy. Can I sit on your lap?"
