Batman 3 great, Star trek 3 great but is it a good idea to make a fourth Spider-man?

Spider-man 3 only came out 3 years ago, hardly time for a reboot. Especially when only 1 of the trilogy didn't do so well.

Dark Knight sequel gets a release date...
