Overview: As a blend of horror, action, tension, and humour, Dawn of the Dead stan ds in a class of its own as the only true zombie epic of all time. A National Emergency grips the US as the zombie population grows at an alarming rate. Two S.W.A.T. officers, a helicopter pilot and his girlfriend escape the city and take refuge in an abandoned shopping mall after securing it following a series of flesh-shredding confrontations with the undead. Looks pretty much like a replica of the outstanding Anchor Bay four disc set I have.

The Blu Ray is minus the mono audio on the Theatrical Cut.

What the hell is the pont of this thread? Hasn't Arrow's release of Dawn of the Dead been out since October last year?

Not on DVD. This is a new DVD set (for the UK at least).

Nope. I didn't grow up on zombie movies or Romero and am not a fan. I don't recognise any of the actors.

The cast was a giveaway for me... but it wouldn't have hurt to include the actual title in the header.
