Bullets 'n' Babes

I sent a PM about 1:30 this afternoon and it's stuck in the outbox folder. I've messed around with settings but it hasn't budged. Help?

* What's your e-mail provider?
* Are you using webmail (Gmail, Hotmail etc...), a desktop app (Outlook, Windows Live Mail, Apple Mail etc...) or smartphone/tablet app (iOS, Android, Blackberry etc...)?

If it's Outlook (which version?), try opening it in the Outbox and click Send again, they can get stuck. You could also try, opening it, copy/paste it's contents and create a new e-mail (then delete the original). Sometimes Outlook e-mails get totally stuck.

and yeah I've had this before, it's a bit odd.

If this is about you sending me nude pictures of you and your parrot again, they might not be leaving your outbox cause I've blocked your PM's after the last batch of shocking images...

Oh PM, my mistake. I read "outbox" and the rest is history.

PMs always stay in the Outbox until the other person has specifically opened the message, it then moves into your Sent Messages. It's how the forum's code has always worked. Confirm with the recipient they've read it? If it's working, they haven't opened it yet.

Outbox means something different here, than it does in e-mail systems.
