Take three of Asia's top action heroes today (Iko Uwais, Tony Jaa, and Tiger Chen) and bring in the director of John Wick and what will you have?

An upcoming action thriller entitled Triple Threat. Originally, the film was to be called Makeshift Squad with Gary Mak to direct. However, at the American Film Market, the film underwent a change of title and a new directing team has been found in Wang Xiaolie and Chad Stahelski, who will also serve as the action director. Stahelski is the co-founder of the famed 87Eleven Stunt Team and was responsible for crafting the action in films such as Ninja Assassin, Safe, and the John Wick films. He also assisted with Yuen Woo-Ping's team on Keanu Reeves' directorial debut Man of Tai Chi as he was Reeves' double on the Matrix films.

This looks interesting.

This film was actually pretty fucking cool. The big showdown at the end with Scott Adkins was truly a spectacle.
