Freeze Me R2J from yesasia

I just watched the KR dvd, which turned out to be a R1 port. As if the cheap, ugly burnt in english credits in the beginning weren't enough, those Media Blaster cocksuckers have removed the ending credits and replaced them with an idiotic freeze frame of the last scene (with the main character apparently digitally removed from the image) where the new ending credits (again incredibly ugly font) play.

It's a fucking great ending, one of those where you really have to sit tight and stair at the screen for some time after the movie has ended and just think about what you just saw, and MB's terrorism ruins this totally. If I had the money I'd get a fight ticket the US right now and go rip of the heads of every fucking Media Blasters employee.

From the boxing day sales (they've already started, oddly):-
-MGS3: Subsistence (PS2)
-Stalker (PC)
-Prince of Persia trilogy (PC)
-A sweet game bundle (containing some games that are quite hard to find:- Homeworld: Cataclysm, Battlezone 2, Heavy Gear 2, Dark Reign 2).

From the big Steam 15-50% off everything sale:-

Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines -
Apparently it's a lot like Deus Ex and highly regarded by die hard fans of said game. I'm already familiar White Wolf's VtM universe, the fiction alone is very in-depth and enthralling:- The political climate of vampire society (eg civil wars that span centuries; the different ideals and specific character traits of each clan; etc); the entire concept of "The Masquerade" to blend in amongst the mortal world; etc.

Project Snowblind -
A far more straight-forward action FPS that originally would've been a Deus Ex spin-off, but became an original game after Invisible War's poor sales. The influence of Deus Ex is still very apparent reportedly and does offer variety in play-styles and strategy.

Sandisk Sansa View 16Gb MP3 Player - £105. Ipod Nano Pah!

It has a MicroSD (SDHC compatible) memory card slot so can be upgraded to 24Gb (currently) and plays videos back at 30fps (I think) in 640x480. It also has a 2.5" (or there abouts) size screen but is roughly the same size as the Nano.

It's also not tied to any uploading software, but you can use WMP.

Hmm.. Ridiculously tempting. Do you know if that release is the corrected versions of BttF? As I bought a trilogy box set quite a while back that had wrong framing and colour correction in parts 2 and 3...

Are you and Brad an item now, Grim? What's he buying you presents for? Given up on the whole 'finding a girlfriend' idea!? :D
