Can't be bothered to upgrade my Heroes of the East/36th Chamber discs though for the moment.

I got:
Movies
- Fallen Angels newly remastered HK dvd
- Chungking Express
- One Night in Mong Kok
- Issabella
Games
- Gears of War (Only about 13 euro)
- GTA4 (only 24 euro orso) (360 PAL euro version)
- MGS4
- Uncharted
- Ratchet & Clank (ps3)
plus I got a bunch of artbooks, a new Wacom, a new lasermouse, a couple of CROCS, a few new pairs of shoes, a shitload on new t-shirts, lots of 'toys' including a brilliant looking Son Goku (dragon ball) statue... , plus some head massage thing (girlfriend wanted it), new glasses and lenses, electronic massage brush...
I think that's pretty much it.
Didnt buy a new camera though, as the old one still seemed to work fine and by the time I could have bought a new one, we had already been to some great looking places where I took pics with my old one....

Received in the mail today:
- Kung Fu Panda artbook
- Dragon Ball 1-3 BIG edition, or whatever it's called.
Ow yeah, also forgot to mention that in Hong Kong we bought a PSP and Nintendo DS. My gf was interested in buying one of those, but couldnt make her mind up, so I just made it easy for her and we bought both.
I dont care much for handhelds, but their both 'modded' and especially the PSP can be used for some other stuff as well, so it's cool.
They both came with cards full of games, though at the moment I'm still downloading some games that werent included yet, and that should be fun...

-Seven Swords (HK BD).
I sure hope the info on Clueless_Monkey's site is correct. Wouldn't want to end up with an unplayable disc.

Terminator 2: Special Edition Cut: Ultimate Edition HD-DVD Tin
£20 over at AVForums classifieds.
I decided to pay the extra as this is T2 and I cannot see a better version coming any time soon. If it does I'll consider upgrading but it will have to be super special (not just the various cuts) for me to go to the Blu side.
Only Oldboy left to get, of my "probably sooner rather than later HD Discs to go OOP". I'll next them over the next few weeks.

I still wouldn't pirate PSP games, but storing rips of your legally bought PSP and PS1 games on one big memory stick is very convenient. Emulators are awesome too.
Modded PSPs let you play practically any PS1 game. Screw buying games that I already own off of PSN.
Memory Stick Pro Duos are damn expensive, I recommend either using the cheaper Sandisks (as reliable as Sony's and faster access times too. Sandisk's and Sony's are made in the very same plants reportedly.) or using micro-SDHC cards + a Memory Stick Duo adapter.
I recommend Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops, good continuation of MGS3's story with solid gameplay. Just DON'T buy the Portable Ops Plus, as they've removed the Story mode in that version.
God of War: Chains of Olympus is supposed to be one of the top titles for the platform, but I haven't played.
If you like RPGs, then Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth is very good.
The GTA Stories games are great, but I recommend picking up the PS2 versions if you have that console. The controls are much better.

Bought a PSP in Hong Kong (modded ofcourse), and although it came with games on a memorycard, I am now trying my hand at downloading some cool games and trying them out.
Downloaded Everybody's Golf 2, which is ok, but not as good as Tiger Woods which I really enjoyed on Xbox. Also, it's a shame it comes with bad english voices instead of japanese voices. The english voiceacting is pretty poor but I cant judge if the japanese is also poor (but I doubt it)
Also downloaded Patapon, which is a rythm game, which seems like fun but I always suck at rythm games.
Downloaded Def Jam FFNY, which was AWESOME on the Xbox. Seems good as well on PSP, although I have only tried it for 5 minutes and havent really gotten the controls down. I keep hoping that 1 day we will see a next-gen remake of the Xbox version. Would buy that in a second.
Finally, Capcom's Puzzle Quest or whatever it's called. Only 1 reason: Puzzle Fighter.
Games that I still wanna check out are:
- Metal Gear Solid: PO, cause I bought MGS4 for the PS3. Have so far only played MGS1 (PC) and liked that.
- Wipeout Pulse: Have played wipeout a few times on other people's PSP, never really got into it, doesnt seem as good as F-Zero, yet willing to give it another try as I'm interested in picking up the HD version for the PS3 once it comes out.
- Final Fantasy 7: Crisis Core. Never really played a Final Fantasy before. Wanna find out what all the fuss is about.
- Hajime No Ippo: Brilliant anime. Can only hope the game comes close to that greatness.
I dont play the PSP often, and it's usually short bursts of gameplay. It seems like you can do a lot of cool stuff with it, but I havent really figured everything out yet.

Received this week:
- Hellboy HC. Big book with the first 2 TPB's bundled. Not read it yet.
- Superman: Birthright. A new Superman origin story. Nice artwork, but storywise not as good as John Byrne's Man of Steel origin story.
- Justice League: Absolute Kingdom Come. Again a big HC book. Not opened it yet.
Also bought a Superman The Animated Show DVD (season 1), which is OK.
And 'received' a couple more PSP games (and with 'received' I mean downloaded), including Disgaea which has japanese voices!
