Deepdiscount 20% off sale is now on. Looks like it includes CDs as part of the sale too.

Confirmed codes are DVDTALK, USATODAY, NYTIMES, PRICESEARCH, JIM.

Sale end date is June 16th.

Thread here:- http://forum.dvdtalk.com/showthread.php?t=502100&page=3
I couldn't be arsed thralling through it for more working codes.

Are DDD only good for boxsets?
I was thinking of getting something from them but most things I want seem cheaper at Pacific anyway :?

Their shipping is expensive though, no? I mean if the DVD is over $25 (was thinking of picking up one of these: Yojimbo/Samjuro Criterion, Garfield & Friends Vol 1, Double Life of Veronique R1, Thundercats S1 Vol 1) you have to pay $8.95.

Have you no use for CDwow ever, I got Yojimbo/Sanjuro for pennies with vouchers.

No, it's not expensive. Their shipping is capped, unlike Pacific's.

Yeah but their products are more expensive than Pacific to start with.
Fair point Romero but that was a pre-order price I'm sure :)

Hey always worth a try with vouchers at CDWOW, you never know what the price can turn out to be latley :)

I ussually do one or two BIG orders this time of the year with the DDDD 20% off sale, and get stung by custokms too, but its ok as long as you buy plenty that work out cheap, or even things that are out of stock etc...

Is it cheaper to do 1 order at a time or bulk buy Romero?
A couple of single DVDs I could order from them, and maybe a box set.

I dont know really, depends on what your ordering, if its in stock, when its shipped, if you will get stung by customs etc.. takes a lot of working out :D then factor in postage etc..

Work it all out and it may be ok, but I ussually spend a lot in one big go to save on postage and customs and get my 20% to make a differnece. Would do that again, but I dont want more dvds, still havent watched the 100 or so I got last sale :(

@ Grim: It's cheap to New Zealand, in my experience not to the UK. I rarely find they beat DVDP and often even during sales. I'm not the sort to buy bargains any more for titles I may want. I have to want the title anyway.

In case someone missed it, the sale is on now. 6 Days left. And it's 25%.

Info, codes, complaints:
http://www.avmaniacs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38922

Be warned that the delivery cost is calculated before the discount is applied! It's a problem as they charge shipping by value, not number of dvds.

Problem is the £ is so shit right now that you're losing as much as you save. Therefore there's no point. Fucking economy.

My thoughts exactly. Euro went down over 30% against yen. It's killing me.

Like Mark said. There are no USD bargains at the moment, if you live in The UK anyway.

Thanks btw.
