Damn, My first guess was actually A League of their Own, but because that movie is complete and utter shite, I never watched it till the end, so I never saw Hanks in a suit in that, but only as a filthy dirty unwashed MarkGWannabee baseball-coach.

So I changed it to a movie set in that time period where he wears a suit.

edit: I dont think it's ALOTO btw. hanks looks way older in the grab than he would have been during that movie.
