Actually, I usually quickly check youtube to see if my guess was right. I knew it was a Kim Ki Duk flick, so from there it was easy.

I think he means you should google image for screengrabs to post. I've started to use DVDBeaver meself.

Yi-Long · Post by **Yi-Long** » 03 Mar 2009, 16:59

Aw ic.

Yeah, I could do that, but those grabs are usually wayyy to obvious. Plus I've already posted Young and Dangerous TP about 5-6 times since we began this game (and I even skipped a few rounds), and it still has you guys guessing

I cant fucking believe you fucking cocksockers havent fucking guessed it yet... motherfuckers....

Shingster · Post by **Shingster** » 07 Mar 2009, 12:25

Goodfellas? I thought it was that from the first grab, but the black borders seemed too big. I realise now those images are 1.6:1 (borders included)!

Yi-Long · Post by **Yi-Long** » 07 Mar 2009, 12:27

No idea about the aspect-ratio, but it IS Goodfellas. This is how it comes out when playing it through windows mediaplayer. Maybe the DVD I have is the wrong OAR? (1.85:1)

Respect Shing! Fucking Respect!

Shingster · Post by **Shingster** » 07 Mar 2009, 12:41

Yeah mediaplayer is doing something strange there to put thick borders top & bottom of a (roughly) 16:9 transfer!

The Big Boss!?

edit: You have nothing to be sorry about, Shing. It was LD's turn and thus his responsibility...

Shingster · Post by **Shingster** » 18 Mar 2009, 11:29

Yeah but I should have stepped in sooner really, keep the game flowing.

And Yup, tis The Big Boss

A country divided.

Shingster · Post by **Shingster** » 19 Mar 2009, 12:28

WTF? I thought it was My Lucky Stars the moment I saw that grab, but it's not a Japanese co-production is it?

Anyway, my guess for this round: JSA

Yi-Long · Post by **Yi-Long** » 19 Mar 2009, 12:33

Yeah, that looks like JSA....
