Since this is a new store I thought I'd post my comments.

Like Shing said, this would appear to be dvdfromkorea (which went out of business, apparently) under a new name. Same layout, same payment options (paypal included), same "customs safety measures".

Currently everyone who registers an account is given a 3% discount on all orders.
