2010 - how do you pronounce it?

I remember we had a similar thread somewhere about 2046 - when next year (new decade) begins, how do you pronounce it? Two thousand and ten or Twenty Ten or something?
Twenty.. whatever seems logical, after all we don't say One Thousand Nine Hundred.. or Ninteen Hundred for the 20th Century

p.s - Thousand and Ten or Twenty Ten. I doubt I'd pronounce it how the yanks do, even if grammatically it makes more sense.

But because its the end of the year/decade etc I kept hearing stuff on radio/TV etc with some saying "It isnt the end of the decade" (er yes it is).

The 00's started in 2000 and end on 31/12/2009, simples

Looks like 10 years to me. Decades start in the year zeros, the 1970's etc.
And yes I do remember when people said 2000 wasnt the proper millenium as there wasnt a year 0.
