Persons under 15 years?! Australia is a very strict country isn't it? Their PG rating is harsher than ours.
It was 12A/12 in the UK.

That's weird, it was called "13 Going on 30" when it was released theatrically in NZ. But we have the Australian title for the DVD. *Shrug*

I don't see the need for the change. It's not like that Brendon Fraiser flick "Encino Man", which was titled "California Man" internationally. That change is understandable, cuz virtually no one outside the States would know where the fuck Encino is.

This name change is as idiotic as retitling "Leon" to "The Professional". (I noticed that recent R1 SE was retitled yet again to "Leon The Professional". Hehe)

In Germany, the film is called "30 Uber Nacht" (30 Overnight).

The title change to March of the Penguins is understandable, I know Emperor Penguins and the connection, but I dont think I would of guessed it was about that unless someone had told me (if it had had the title "The Emperor's Journey", and ALL I'd seen was the title of the film).

March of the Penguins is the title used by the US distributors. It's narrated by Morgan Freeman.

How different is the French version? From the looks of the IMDB entry, I gather the doco has the ACTUAL penguins voiced-over ala Look Who's Talking, Milo & Otis, etc. :puke: If that's the case, I'd stick with the US version.

Why is Airplane! translated into something completely different in French, but not into 'Aeroplane' for the UK? :P
