Dumb & Dumber PG13/Theatrical Version

Im looking for a release that has these scenes:
- Lloyd returns from the shop after getting his money changed to find the little old lady has robbed him.
- "The Ballad of Peter Pumpkinhead" by Crash Test Dummies plays during the scene where Harry, Lloyd, and Mental are in the restaurant.

Is there a release that have both these scenes intact? I already have the unrated version on blu-ray to cover all the extras. It kinda sucks that Jim Carrey arent in the "Still Dumb After All These Years" featurette and they really should have done a commentary track for this movie with Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels ++.

Btw, what scene is this:
- The technician waits for Lloyd & Harry in order to confront them with the damage on his car.

The scene where Lloyd returns and shouts 'little old lady?!' is only present in the TV version as far as I'm aware.

is it true that Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels did not like he "sequel/prequel" to dumb and dumber?
