Not too bad - £5.99 was OK I thought for a BD.

Mirror's Edge is ace. I've got it on 360 but I also bought it the other day on Steam for £3.24. :)

Yeah, I played and really liked the demo when it first came out. Then I downloaded a PC-version of the game, which was also fun, but I only played a couple of levels, cause I already knew I was gonna buy it for the 360.

However, I was waiting for the right price, and everytime other games came along that I bought instead, but today it was only 8 euro on play.com, so I decided I should just buy it. :)

Will also buy the other Looney Tunes boxes btw, but will order them seperately so customs won't charge me... :)

Received Super Street Fighter 4 today. Played it a bit in single player, checking out the new characters, trying out the moves, nothing special.

Anyway, I decided I had 20-30 minutes before football would start, so I thought I'd just go online and have some fun.

WRONG!!!

I suck at this game, and I get my ass handed to me, black and bruised and chewed up! I haven't won a single round!

Also, not a lot of streets in this game.

Bought a couple of games today: Alan Wake LCE and Fifa World Cup. Both were 19 euro. Not sure if I'll like Alan Wake, and TBH, I wasn't planning on picking it up, but considering it's the Limited Edition, I guess it's a good deal. Will keep it sealed until I'm ready to play it though, cause might sell it on or trade it.

I was actually gonna buy Battlefield Bad Company 2 for 19 euro, but it was already sold out... :(

Received Mirror's Edge for 360 last tuesday, and received Looney Tunes Golden Collection volume 2 today.

Kinda weird, cause I ordered Looney Tunes Golden Collection 1 on the same day I ordered Mirror's Edge, so that should have arrived already as well... but it hasn't. Sure hope postie hasn't stolen it :(

Ah, thankfully I received the first Looney Tunes box today. A bit weird that it arrives later than the 2nd one, but still relieved :)

Be aware that for some bizarre reason the film switches to french language audio around the hour mark for around 9 minutes. No subs either.i got rid and got the Dutch BD which has the same transfer,no extras but the english language is fully present and correct.

OMG! WTF! Thanks but I wish you'd mentioned it previously. I've been keeping eye on this one for ages and now it's cheap!

I take it you mean it's French within the English audio and not just switching to the French soundtrack? If so, I may have to cancel too. I seem to remember the Dutch BD being over a tenner despatched :(.

There is talk of the Canadian Blu-ray on these two American forums and oddly no mention of it switching languages. Any idea why not? -

At what point does it switch btw? My copy looks like it's already despatched, so I may be forced to check when it arrives.

It's €12.95/£10.84 delivered from FreeRecordShop.nl. I'm considering trying to cancel mine. Assuming they let me, I only ordered it an hour ago and it looks like it's already in the "despatch phase".

I find it weird only Salty has spotted this fault. You'd think others in those links would've mentioned it.

Fuck off Salty. That wasn't funny. I was about to cancel my order. There's humour and there's just plain meanness. Everyone relies on information given to them online as being true. If we're going to start making crap up, where does that leave us?

As it happens I've been asking around and members over at AVForums, High-Def Digest haven't found this problem. Why? Because you made it up :rage:.

Asking around at AVForums-Classic Bradavon thickness  to listen to you whine and bitch you'd think you'd ordered a £150 box set rather than a fucking cheapo BD costing pennies....
