Re: What general film/series have you just seen.. marks out
Sorry Mark what was that? I'm too busy starring at Kelly's boobs.
Seriously, I completely agree but one of my best mates only like white girls, he especially find black girls unattractive. I don't class that as racist, just his sexual preference. I'm pretty quick to dismiss blonde girls because they're not my preference but if they're hot, they're still hot.
Hung seems "particularly" dismissive of non-Asian girls though.

Just not gingers. I don't like gingers.
What about smokin' hot Redheads?

Those pictures honestly do nothing for me. Sometimes I find a caucasian girl slightly attractive, and slightly is pretty much as good as it gets.
Japanese girls of my age or a bit (a bit, dammit!!!) younger on the other hand, there's seriously cute girls everywhere just in terms of looks, as well as when you consider the full package (cuteness is probably 30/70 looks/personality, although in extreme cases of course math is not applicable).

I was thinking the same. They're red not ginger though.luckystars wrote:What about smokin' hot Redheads?
@ Hung: That girl looks slightly attractive but it's a poor photo, it's hard to say. You've definitely got yellow fever, I did when I was about 23-24 but have grown out of it. I still find Asian women hot but it's no longer a preference.

Glad you like it. A friend (who also has yellow fever) said it to me the other day. I thought it was rather apt.

Lethal Weapon 4.5/5
Cracking actioner, one of the best ever made.Superb chemistry between Gibson & Glover that adds to it's greatness.nice transfer.
Lethal Weapon 2 4.5/5
Against the odds the team of Donner/Gibson/Glover have come up with a sequel that in my book is on a par with the original.cracking action,it's weak link is Patsy Kensit who is just wooden as Gibson's love interest.Incredibly politically incorrect towards South Africans,i couldn't see this being made today.
Lethal Weapon 3 3.5/5
Third time round for this franchise, this time adding Rene Russo to the team.plenty of excellent action sequences but not on a par with the first two.
Lethal Weapon 4 3.5/5
Final film in the series throws everything but the kitchen sink at the screen resulting in a crazy, chaotic ride for 2 hours. Not perfect,a sub-plot about Murtagh possibly being on the take goes nowhere,Rene Russo is underused and the extended ending is a little cheesey.Still great fun and i'd still like to see a number 5 despite them being too old.Sound on tis one is awesome, best of the series.

Absolutely. The filmmakers were heart on sleeve about their anti-apartheid agenda. It's about as subtle as a brick but in 1989 (just prior to Mandela's release) the issue was at its peak. it's interesting that a series with so many guns and so much violence be liberal and right-on in its politics. I happen to agree with their causes so I've no moral complaints... but yeah it dates the film a bit.saltysam wrote:Incredibly politically incorrect towards South Africans,i couldn't see this being made today.

Thunder Warrior (1983) - enjoayable VHS trash. One of those "so bad it's almost good" movies. Nice car chase. Rips off Rambo too. 2/5
Pet Sematary (1989) - your average Stephen King non-sense. Highly Entertainining. 3/5

Pretty ironic considering it's the fakest film I've ever seen, it was on a par with Tommy Wiseau's The Room except that film is fucking amazing
