Nice price, but sadly it's Region A only, according to that site.

edit: NVM, supposedly it's region-free, according to BluRay.liesinc...

i'll go into Romero mode here and mention that with shipping this comes out to nearer £6-still cheap but this is a title i've seen knocking around cheap here in the UK on occasion.
