Not having seen Black Swan I'm just wondering. Sounds similar...

Even the artworks are very similar
And we all know Aronofsky has been borrowing from Perfect Blue before. He owns the remake rights, too.
Those synopses are different, those posters are totally different. It's probably a safe bet that Perfect Blue may have been an influence on Black Swan given Aronofsky's prior influence, but I think there are much better arguments for it than that poster!. Better arguments for and against the comparison here and here.
How would I know better arguments when the only two things I know about Black Swan are the poster and one sentence synopsis? That's why I started a topic to give people who have seen it something to talk about.
Like I said, I haven't seen the movie and certainly haven't trieds to spoil it in advance by finding out storyline details. Yet, spending two seconds on the synopsis immediately made me think of Perfect Blue, and the artwork following the same concept (a young woman's "cover" breaking and being about to reveal something underneath) was an interesting coincidence, and then I remembered Aronofsky has already copied at least one scene from Perfect Blue before... (Requiem for a Dream).
Its actually not so much to do with Aronofsky by the way, he did not write it or even come up with the original ideas Mark Heyman I believe wrote the original idea for Black Swan, with actors (not Ballerinas), and about a pair of theatrical actors, one an understudy. It was a late thing to change it to ballerinas after they linked it with Swan Lakes story and merged them into Black Swans world of dance.
